How to read this chart?

(1) Chest width: The t-shirt is laid flat. We measure the width from one side seam to the other, just below the armpits.
(2) T-shirt length: Measured from the top of the neckline to the bottom of the garment.
(3) Sleeve length: Measured from the top of the shoulder (seam) to the end of the sleeve.
